Terms of Service:

By uploading and viewing files on FileCram.com, users are agreeing to the terms set forth by the following statements:

1. Maximum upload size is 10MB for images, and 50MB for Videos/Dems.
2. Inactive files may be deleted after 30 days.
3. Files causing excessive traffic may be deleted without notice or warning.
4. Files violating copyright and trademark laws may be deleted without notice or warning.
5. Files containing underage adult content and/or nudity are strictly prohibited.
6. Content must not contain explicit, rascist, hate-promoting, or pornographic content.
7. FileCram has the right to remove any file at anytime without notice or warning.
8. FileCram will fully cooperate with copyright and trademark holders if a violation has occurred.
9. FileCram collects the following data: time of upload, IP source for each file uploaded, file type, and file size.
10. Users are not allowed to upload files with php, exe, cgi, or other potentially damaging file formats.
11. Users are not allowed to attempt unlawful entry into the FileCram infrastructure.
12. FileCram reserves the right to take the hosting service down at anytime without notice or warning for repairs or maintenance.
